Waldorf Astoria Miami Hotel and Residences is a pre-construction, mixed-use development that is being developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and Greybrook Realty Partners. At 1,049 feet tall and rising 100 stories, Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami will be Miami’s tallest tower AND Miami’s first supertall skyscraper. Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami is a building that was designed by Carlos Ott (conceptual artist) and Sieger Suarez Architects. Its design is meant to resemble nine large, staggered-stacked glass cubes. Lastly, the interiors of Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami were designed by BAMO.

Sales for Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami launched in May 2021. Project sell-out is expected to top $1 billion. For the 1-bedroom residences, pricing starts at $1.1 million. The price per square foot of condos at the Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami is expected to average $1,500.
